Delete your account

You can delete your account yourself at any time in the dashboard under Settings → Profile → Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What happens

• Billing stops. Any subscription is cancelled immediately, with no further renewals, and auto-recharge is turned off. The current period is not refunded automatically; see the Terms for refunds.
• Access ends. Every API key is revoked and every signed-in session, on every device, is signed out. Connected apps and MCP clients lose access.
• Personal data is erased. Your name, email address, profile picture, password and sign-in methods (Google, GitHub, two-factor), signals and their deliveries, webhooks, Ask AI chat history, saved MCP servers, email preferences, Slack links and pending invitations are deleted.
• Unused credits are forfeited. Credits you bought and have not used cannot be refunded or moved after deletion.
• Workspaces. You are removed from shared workspaces. A workspace you were the only member of is deleted. If you were the only owner of a shared workspace, its longest-standing member becomes the owner.
• Email. You are removed from our product and lifecycle email lists.

What is kept

Some records must be kept by law, mainly for tax and accounting:

• Invoices, payments and the record of credits bought and used. Inside JobsPipe these are linked only to an anonymous account id, not to your name or email. Our payment processor keeps its own copies of invoices and payment details for as long as the law requires.
• Monthly usage totals, without anything that identifies you.

Detailed request logs, including IP addresses, age out automatically within 90 days.

Signing up again

After deletion your email address is free. Signing up with it again creates a new, empty account; nothing from the deleted one is restored.
