Workspaces & teams
Organize work into workspaces and invite teammates.
JobsPipe organizes your account into workspaces. Switch between them with the workspace switcher at the top of the dashboard sidebar.
Create a workspace
Open the workspace switcher and choose Create workspace. Give it a name and, optionally, a website and logo. Use workspaces to separate clients or teams.
Invite teammates
In Settings → Members, invite people by email to collaborate in the current workspace. Invited members can sign in and access the workspace's settings.
Billing is shared
The workspace is the customer. Its plan, its credits and its usage are shared by every member: whoever you invite works from the same credits, and everyone sees the same Billing and Usage pages. There is no charge per member.
- Owners and admins change the plan, buy credits, set auto-recharge and open the billing portal.
- Members see the plan and the credits left, but cannot change them.
- If you also have a subscription of your own, the workspace's plan is the one used while you work in it. We never cancel yours for you.
General settings
Under Settings → General you can update the workspace name, website, and logo, and optionally auto-invite anyone who signs up with a matching email domain. Auto-invite works for your own company domain: a teammate who signs up with a verified address at that domain joins the workspace as a member. Public email domains (such as gmail.com) never auto-join.
API keys belong to the workspace and draw on its credits, whoever created them. See Manage API keys.
